Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During sales, holidays, special events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Local Pickup

We are happy to offer FREE in-store pickup at our shop.

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

International Shipping

At this time, Crafty Quilters ships within the United States only.

Need your order quickly? If you're purchasing something you saw during one of our Facebook or Instagram Live sales, please contact us if you need expedited shipping. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
